Liked:last minute booking for a decent price.

Disliked:Bartender could use of more customer service etiquette. Learn how to greet new people who comes in the bar/restaurant.. and learn how to smile atleast. Our room was on the newer building which was great to start. However, the people next to our room have been fighting all night long, and the wall has no insulation..so we could hear every word they were talking about.. Was not able to sleep at all! We are just passingby heading to Alberta(it was a looong drive).

Good for short stay. Cleaner could use some training

Liked:The room was big and the bed was comfortable.

Disliked:Once we were able to get someone at the front desk, he was very nice and helpful. We were in the new "motel" style side. The floors were very dirty, there was pasta sauce stains in the bottom drawer of the bathroom (??). We felt the need to wear shoe ls all the time. I would prefer if I could see my car from the window because I wasn't feeling like it was safe to leave it packed in the parking lot. That could be more because I am from Ottawa than a representation of the actual safety of the location though. Overall we were happy with the hotel and the price was great.

Disappointing

Liked:The location suited us and the room we took (upstairs in a new annex) was adequate.

Disliked:The original hotel building is in a great location but needs a serious upgrade. The first room we were offered (1st floor of old building) could be an excellent room but it was damp and musty.
