Such a simple request that wasn't done and now I'm not sure I'd stay there again

Liked:Location to casino

Disliked:I called housekeeping to request an extra blanket. They were very nice and said "certainly, is there anything else we can do for you?" I said no just the blanket. We went down for dinner and the casino. Came back exhausted and NO blanket. I just went to bed freezing. My partner likes the temperature cool as possible. Why didn't I get the blanket??

I enjoyed my visit

Liked:The Hotel allowed pets but the hall ways and rooms smelled fresh always. Normally a hotel that allows pets smells musty and like pets live there.
