There was NO stay, it had been double booked, so did not get to stay. My experience was not great

Disliked:I didn't enjoy it as the property had been double booked and we couldn't stay there. Upon arrival there was already guests in the properties. Thus it completely ruined our trip. Can you please explain how this happened?

Decent

Liked:Great location and loads of parking. Host gave easy to follow steps on how to get there, as well as how to gain access to the holiday let. Good amenities inside and the bed was comfortable. Smart TV was handy to keep entertained in the evenings (staying away for work).
Disliked:The drain was blocked outside which caused the shower and toilet to be slow to drain away, no smells indoors but the outside area was strong. The host was quick to contact me back and can’t fault the communication.
