Disliked:Very disappointing experience. The hotel appears to discourage reservations made through third-party platforms. If you book through Booking.com, they charge an additional $25 per day, which feels like a penalty for not booking directly through their website. The staff were rude and extremely unhelpful. I stayed here for a business trip, and the hotel even refused to provide a receipt for my stay, creating unnecessary problems with my expense reimbursement. This is not the level of service I would expect from a professional hotel. Poor customer service, questionable booking practices, and no consideration for business travelers. I would not stay here again and strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

Poor location; the rooms are very small and dark! The hallway feels like a tomb! Overall, a poor hotel!

Not worth it for the price

Liked:Close to the museums and touristy areas

Disliked:No Parking, over charge, there is no refrigirator, the water in the bathroom and faucet drips very slow. Not worth the price.
