Don't use valet!!!

Liked:The staff were nice.

Disliked:The Valet at the hotel hit my rental car while driving another car. They agreed to fix it but gave me no insurance info or numbers to call. Said they 'would be in touch'. The front desk offered to buy me a drink at the restaurant bc of the incident and gave my daughter some candy. But while in the restaurant, we were kicked out bc we weren't eating dinner. Third night, dogs in another room barked ALL NIGHT LONG and nothing was done to fix that situation. After driving 12 hours back home, I had to wait another 1.5 hours to fill out an incident report with the car rental company and they are keeping my deposit and putting a claim on my insurance since NO info from the hotel. The hotel didn't offer to give me a break on the price for the weekend despite it being completely ridiculous.

Great place to stay with a family in an excellent location!

Liked:Great location and nice, quiet room. Friendly staff and nice facilities in the hotel.

Disliked:The rooftop pool bar didn't feel very welcoming and my kids didn't want to spend time up there. The bartender was chatting with a friend and didn't have a menu or know what beers they had. It could be improved for families.
