Disliked:As someone who has stayed here three times so far, I have to say somewhere there is pet hair. My allergies were kicking my butt the last two times I stayed. Which hurts me because I truly LOVE this hotel. But between the pillows and the bathroom something is happening. I didn’t sneeze once, when I left the room. 😩😩

Liked:Great stay. Hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a convenient location. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I love the hotels lobby area. They offer wine between 5 and 6 complimentary popcorn, lemonade and water. I absolutely love the kitchenette, and will take advantage of it next time that I stay here. Staff was also very kind and accommodating. When I needed to check-in early and also to check back into the hotel after a flight cancellation. Hotel was in walking distance to tons of dining options and there were parking garages all around.I will be back soon.

Great Location and wonderful Staff at the Hotel.

Liked:Room was VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. A full kitchen with pots and pans and a full size fridge so you could cook as well as a dishwasher. Location was a five minute walk to the metro very convenient. Union Station is a 10 minute taxi ride 2 Sandwich shops right across the street There is a Pub down stairs. Went to another place called the Bottom Line Pub around the corner both places had great food and great staff. In addition, they do have Sweet Tea, Lemonade, tea & coffee, and fresh popcorn. 24 hours a day in the lobby Which is a great option. Shower was great. Bed & pillows were comfy. Staff is available 24 hours for any assistance you might need they were phenomenal. Excellent place
