Frustrating, demoralizing, feeling cheated.

Disliked:Incorrect information about check-in. Was not told we would have to pay a fee on order to get the code for our apt. If we were on a tighter schedule we would have been totally screwed! And on top of it the staff was patronizing, condescending, and treated us with a lack of respect I have never experienced in the hospitality industry. Instead of listening to why I was upset or reading through the email sent to me, the woman running the desk only recited company policy. When I got upset, they threatened to refuse to check us in, even though we'd already been charged for the room! I have never before experienced a hospitality worker escalate a situation then refuse to check us in! My husband had to beg her to check us in! We had driven 7 hrs, in the rain, and it was 10 pm. I will never consider a stay at a Placemakr again.

Amazing place and would stay there again

Liked:loved our studio flat, very good size and very clean. We were on the top floor with an amazing wild flower terrace in front of us. Loved the dishwasher and washer/drier facilities. 2 minutes walk from Dupont Circle Subway, 20 min walk from the white house

Disliked:nothing, could not fault it.
