Fine but not welcoming

Liked:Nice location and cozy small room.

Disliked:A lot of private rooftop parties so don’t expect to be able to sit and relax up there. The staff did not inform about anything and some of them are very rude. Don’t buy the breakfast it is slow and fat.

Disliked:Very thin walls and you can hear everything. Also, felt like I was scammed as they advertise that a night is $60 right in front of the hotel and I paid more than double that on booking dot com

Liked:The staff. Not booking.com. You guys were terrible. You needed a "verification" that we hadn't arrived until Friday, you knew the property could not provide you with one because otherwise they'd have to take liability on refunding us, so instead you tell me you can't shorten the stay and extend it one more day for free because you need that verification code. Again knowing it was already prepaid and the hotel was not going to do that. I was even going as far as being able to show proof that we took a flight the next day. You guys know of this loop hole and took advantage. It is a scam and I will never be scheduling anything through booking.com. In fact everyone I know will know how you guys operate and the experience we had.

Liked:Everything was great, but especially the environment and the service. The beautiful rooms, gym, rooftop, and the messages on the mirrors by the elevator were a plus.
