A scam in disguise

Liked:It has some potential

Disliked:The hotel automatically charges guests an additional $30 daily “destination fee.” This fee is not clearly disclosed during the booking process and supposedly covers basic amenities such as bottled water and Wi-Fi: services that many travelers reasonably expect to be included. I had the fee removed after requesting it at the front desk, but that does not excuse the practice. Charging a poorly disclosed mandatory fee for basic amenities is misleading and leaves a very negative impression. Experiences like this seriously undermine trust, and as a result, I will not stay at a Hyatt property again.
