Good location but not accommodating for tourists

Liked:Great location, super close to the major sights. Apartment was very large and spacious. Allowed us to drop our bags off whilst we waited for check in

Disliked:Sofa bed was not made up on arrival. When finding the bedding, there were just sheets and no duvet or pillows. The hot water took a while to heat up (around ten mins). Super firm on check in time. Arrived at 3pm, was told no early check in, not a problem and left bags. Arrived back at 3.58 and were told they would not review any documents until 4pm on the dot. The room was clean and ready for us so unsure on why so strict.

Quite cute

Liked:The apartment was lovely, cozy, and comfortable. It’s in a great, convenient location, which made getting around very easy. The only downside was that the lobby had a slightly unpleasant smell. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and had a positive experience.

Disliked:The lobby smell.
