The location and staff were all wonderful but for us, that doesn't make up for the poor condition of the hotel itself.

Liked:The location is great and the staff are wonderful! But the hotel itself is in poor condition. In our first room the toilet wouldn't stop running, the lid fell off the tank, cracked the tank and the bathroom and closet flooded. The staff was great and quickly moved us to another room that was upgraded to a suite. In the suite, the bathroom and bedroom doors have been poorly painted over so many times that they no longer shut. The configuration of the sink counter and toilet, in both bathrooms, is poorly designed causing it to be awkward and dysfunctional. The shower floor is in desperate need of refinishing as it is peeling away causing a very gross visual which they are trying to hide with a slipping bathmat. There are also drainage issues with the shower. By our fourth and final day we were standing in ankle deep water after our showers. The free breakfast was also a 5 out of 10. The breakfast room is very overcrowded, even according to the state regulations posted on the wall. Some of the food was really good but others such as the eggs, hashbrowns and sausage were not good. Also, the luggage carts are too large for the small elevator and halls. It was extremely difficult to maneuver. The location and staff were all wonderful but for us, that doesn't make up for the poor condition of the hotel itself. Therefore, we will not be staying at this hotel again or recommending it to others.
