Don’t recommend if the a/c problem has not been addressed

Disliked:A/c wasn’t working. I noticed a hot lobby upon entering, and I asked the staff member/receptionist if the a/c was working in our room, and he said “yes.” It was not. The thermostat never read below 75F, and I doubt that this was a calibrated number as it felt approximately 80F. We called to have the malfunctioning a/c addressed and the technician merely came and turned the a/c setting down. Still never budged/cooled down. Made for some pretty miserable sleeps in July.
