Don't get the breakfast and bring your earplugs.

Liked:the beds were comfortable, the location was OK, the staff was mostly friendly

Disliked:The reviews raved about the breakfast, it was just passable. I would have preferred to have breakfast as an option. The sound proofing in the rooms was terrible someone upstairs from us paced for hours in the middle of the night on creaky floors. The furniture and bathrooms were very work and patched. It could pass muster as a budget accommodation but we paid an amount comparable to much nicer hotels were we have stayed in the past.

Warm and inviting Bed & Breakfast with quiet, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast for you!

Liked:Very charming and welcoming bed & breakfast. Staff was very helpful and incredibly friendly. Communication was top-notch. Bedroom was very quiet, and the bed was very, very comfortable (mattress and pillow appeared new). Location was perfect for visiting embassy row. Exceptional value.

Disliked:For a bed & breakfast, there was nothing I didn't like.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
