It's not worth the money!

Liked:Location was ok, but not the best.

Disliked:First of all, the staff was not cordial; they seemed to be serving guests reluctantly, displaying a certain level of disdain and sarcasm—a very bad vibe. Secondly, the room is very dated; the carpet looks dirty, the bathroom is small and the walls are very thin, and there is a lot of outside noise.

Replace the carpet and remodel the kitchen, and it would be worth $400 a night

Liked:The square footage of the room was nice with a living room , a bedroom,and small kitchen. The young staff was upbeat and very helpful.

Disliked:Our feet were black with carpet fibers, and filth from the old carpet. At one time when this small apartment was new, it would’ve been worth $550 a night. With the 103* temperature outside, it was very warm, which didn’t help.

Very comfortable, safe, modern, and with great decoration and taste.

Liked:Neat, comfortable, modern, and with helpful staff. Location is safe and walking distance from Georgetown and its restaurants, and 1 block away from a Trader Joes.

Disliked:It is a bit of a walk to the metro, that would be the only so-so remark.

A roadside motel pretending to be a serviced apartment hotel

Liked:Location is good , close to georgetown, walking distance to WH and Watergate.

Disliked:This is an accomodation without service. No change of linen and towels for 8 days. Airconditioning is on one fan speed. Amenities are motel grade. This is a hyped roadside motel.
