Good place, bad bed

Liked:The staff was nice, the room was clean, the place was easy to find and near the Wasaga beach areas.

Disliked:The bed was bad. The mattress sagged in the middle quite a bit and the bed frame made LOUD noises if we moved even an inch. It needs to be replaced. We stayed in Room 4.

Mario was a great host, chatted for awhile with us and found him very funny and professional.

Liked:Mario was extremely courteous and provided us with anything we needed; we were a large group staying there for the Wasaga Beach Cruisers Car event at Klondike Park.

Great service, great value, will be staying here again next year if Ontario Pinfest happens again.

Liked:Manager was great, set me up with check-in four hours before the official time to fit my trip schedule. She showed me how to work the TV, fridge and barbecue, and even had plates and utensils (which I didn't think of in advance). Fridge and microwave in room were spotless and worked 100%. Barbecues were in great shape - seating area looked fun but no-one else was around. Fun, cheerful decor.

Disliked:No real issues with anything :) A Keurig in the room (or even just a pop machine outside the office) would be a great value add though. The only thing this motel needs is a caffeine connection.
