Great location, helpful host, but not the best value for money

Liked:* Excellent location, just a short walk from the train station, shopping mall, restaurants, and everything you might need. * The apartment was very clean. * The host was friendly and helpful. They kindly arranged an early check-in as I arrived much earlier, and I really appreciated not having to wait.

Disliked:* The refrigerator wasn’t working during my stay. * The shower door doesn’t close properly. * The bathroom lacked basic toiletries—no hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner, and not even a bath mat. * Sleeping was uncomfortable: itʼs hot with the windows closed, it’s noisy with the windows open because of the street, and mosquitoes become an issue. Installing mosquito screens would make a difference. * A bedside lamp would be a nice addition for more comfortable evening lighting. * The kitchen could use a few basic supplies, such as paper towels. * A floor-length mirror would also be a nice addition. Overall, I felt the apartment was overpriced compared to other apartments in the same area. Improvements above would make it better value for money.

Good location and views, but the stay was let down by outdated, poorly maintained facilities and cleanliness issues.

Liked:Location was good and the view from the windows was nice. Tv was good with working channels.

Disliked:Very old facilites, toilet was very poor and smelled sewers from time to time, the shower was very small and inconvenient, the pillows were uncomfortable, the blanket was too small, the extra blanket in the wardrobe was dirty with someone’s hairs on it.

Liked:Close to the train station, which is very quick and convenient.

Disliked:The apartment is located in a very noisy area, it was hard to sleep because people were constantly walking under the windows, but it’s the city center, so I guess that’s normal. The apartment has an unpleasant old smell and it’s quite small. When I first moved in, the wardrobe door literally fell on me. Overall, the price doesn’t really match the quality of the accommodation
