Liked:A customer was shouting abuse at me in the swimming pool in front of my children, because one of my kids went into the adult swimming lane to get their ball. I told my kids they weren't allowed and they didn't repeat their error but I informed kimmy and staff about the abuse and they did not seem bothered. Which really put the trip from a 10 to a 5. Which is a real shame.

Disliked:The staff didn't have any empathy. Nor did they strive to make the situation right. I felt like they failed me and my kids.
