Liked:We had a pleasant stay overall. As we were just passing through, the location was perfect..close to the highway and very convenient. The hotel offers plenty of facilities, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety. It was an ideal stopover during our journey.

Disliked:Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a few points that could be improved. The breakfast was quite expensive. We also received a towel with several permanent stains. Even if it's clean, towels that no longer look fresh should be replaced... Lastly, we found the pillows quite uncomfortable, which affected our sleep.

A disappointing experience.

Liked:We arrived just after our booking-in time of 3:00pm to find that our room wasn't ready. The receptionist was apologetic and said she would switch us top another room. When we entered the room it was obvious that it also had not yet been serviced. We dragged our cases back to reception who were, once again, apologetic and promised that a room would be made ready in "five or ten minutes. To cut a long and frustrating story short, we eventually got a room at just after 5:00pm. Their breakfast buffet was disappointing with bad quality scrambled egg and no sausage to go with the bacon. The second day, after our room had been serviced, we found that they had not replaced the spare toilet roll and the hand tissues box in the bathroom was also empty. Neither had our tea, coffee and milk supplies been replaced. The bar was well-stocked and the barman was friendly. However, the bar was only open in the evenings and then only from Monday to Friday. All round, we found that the hotel was a disappointing experience characterised by bad service. It is meant to be smart and upmarket but is actually a cheap, budget hotel that isn't cheap.
