Disliked:Paying for parking and the fact that it seemed that people were living in the woods next to the parking. They make you pay for parking, but have signs that you are parking at your own risk. Additionally, the rooms were not very clean. The bathroom especially. It seems run down

For the price of the hotel stay, I expect everything to be at least up to date.

Liked:I did like the location of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel's common areas was very good.

Disliked:Small but noticable updates are needed. A wipe down of the room showed that a better wipe down of furniture is needed. The room was freezing when I arrived, which covered the smell of the carpet. Carpets should be shampooed monthly to keep the smell down in the rooms. I thought the price of breakfast was a little much and was not happy about having to pay for parking.
