Important Information
Please look out for important emails in regards nonrefundable reservations. There is no elevator at the property. Proof of onward travel or foreign passport required to book this property. Please contact us if you will arrive after 23:00. The property only accepts reservation of 6 units or less due to company policy, any bookings of 7 units or more will be subjected to cancelations at the guest's expense. This hostel is for travelers only. We require all guests to present a valid photo ID issued from a government authority and proof of onward travel (an itinerary that shows you have a flight departing Maui). Guest's identification must match the name(s) on the reservation. Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to stay at the hostel. You must be a minimum of 18 years old to stay in a dorm bed. Minors may stay in a private room if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guests checking in with children under the age of 12 will unfortunately be turned away and forfeit their deposit.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
