The Hotel and especially their staff such as Charlotte on receptione, were all great.

Liked:Our room was one of the quitest rooms we have had for many years. The Hotel is set right by the side of a vast Park with a Castle, Lake and acres of quit paths. It's as if you are right at the edge of Paris with plenty of restaurants, cafés and food shops in the Area. The street in which it stands is clean and smart and the Area is a delight to walk around. It also sits within a short walk of the RER station, one of the fastes Methods of reaching the centre and far side of the City.

Disliked:We stayed for five days. There was nothing that comes to mind. Ah, ONE thing. I Will not say we did not like it BUT my wife, who loves toast in the morning tried using their toaster but unfortunately it apeared to blow the fuse. A solution was not found during our stay but the wonderful sélection of alternatives every morning at breakfast, well made up for it.

Liked:Excellent location and welcoming staff, clean rooms and nice breakfast

Disliked:There are no family rooms, and although the staff did everything to accommodate our family and put us in nearby rooms, it is less ideal for families with young kids

Liked:The decor was beautiful and everything was clean and well maintained. Our room was quite comfortable with a lovely rain style shower head and detachable shower head as well. They provided macarons (entirely too delicious) and water for free in our room. Charlotte was extremely helpful and kind, she made the stay even better.

Disliked:The elevator is very small.
