Very nice staff near station easy to get to airport by car

Liked:The staff were amazing.We got diverted to Paris very late at night the night staff were very accommodating kindly let us charge our phones and gave us some milk so we could make tea etc.In the morning the lady at reception was also fantastic was checking alternative ways to get home giving us information on the trains best way to get to places and very helpful overall as were the staff in the restaurant

Disliked:Coffee maker in the room wasn’t the best and no pods tea coffee and only one cardboard cup to make one no usb charging points

Disliked:Filthy and staff continued to make noise outside my room door all night I was woken up every 30 minutes , Used Tampons and condoms under my bed Bedroom is like dorm rooms No hangers for clothing no bins mould in shower , furniture rotting from moisture in toilet Mould on shower curtain Floors weren’t even clean No staff on reception I was guided to another hotel for attendance I’m usually easy going but the cleanliness was DISCUSTING and being kept up all night wasn’t worth it , would have had better night sleep on the street The price of the room should be half advertised,
