Liked:Room had a fantastic balcony and view - was closer to trains if that's your main mode of transportation...we ubered everywhere and it was pretty convenient. Although the hotel is not in the middle or next to a downtown - everything was a quick ride away and it gave you a beautiful ocean view. Breakfast was good and lunch/dinner was fantastic. Everything on menu was very very good! We loved our stay! I also have to say that the staff was incredible..I forgot a dress in my room and the hotel staff shipped it to the US - I am super grateful!

Disliked:I messed up and didn't include breakfast when I booked so should have done that! Room was spacious and clean and I honestly have no complains.

Awful, dirty, blood on sheets, smell of sewage! Ruined Honeymoon!

Liked:Disgusting! Do not waste your money here…especially for a special occasion like a honeymoon!!! The advertised photos do not show what we saw. Our initial room featured stained carpets, threadbare towels, a view of a dirt road, and a toilet cubicle so small the door couldn't close without you doing your business directly in-front of your companion. Front desk staff were completely unhelpful and indifferent. Barely raised his head from his phone. After having to pay a €40 surcharge the next morning to change rooms “as they were fully booked”, we were moved to a room that smelled strongly of sewage and had blood-stained bed linen. Reception shrugged off our complaints, and post-stay emails have yielded no resolution or accountability. Beyond a polite bar staff and an ok pool, the lodging conditions are abysmal. You would genuinely be better off sleeping in your car.
