Unclean beds and room. Bad experience

Liked:Ok location. Looks nice on the outside.

Disliked:Extremely unclean and staff unhelpful. Blood stains, small bugs and liquid stains on both mattress and sheets.

Very poor customer service and facilities.

Disliked:Customer service was non existent, they provided an iron with great difficulty and threatened to take it back the very next day. Gave iron but no ironing board. Portable fan stopped working after a day into our stay. Breakfast was the most basic I have ever experienced. Receptionist was texting on her mobile phone while I stood there waiting for her to finish, not impressed. They promised to email me my checkout invoice, it never arrived. Sums up this place really, avoid it at all costs!

Overall, I had a wonderful time.

Liked:Good location, fan worked, could open the window, had a fridge, en-suite was good and tv was fine. Breakfast was good too.

Disliked:The corridors were a bit smelly.
