Charming palace in the centre of Vienna.

Liked:The location is ideal for those liking the busy inner-city vibe. The hotel itself exudes a very authentic charm, as if you’re staying in a little palace yourself and I found the staff very helpful, thoughtful and caring.

Disliked:Since the facilities are somewhat out-dated there was no AC in my room, so it would get so hot that even the ventilator didn’t help. Fortunately I was able to change rooms and the staff touched base after to see if all was fine.

Liked:Breakfast was very satisfying. Location was terrific, easy to walk to most attractions and to public transport for others. Staff was extremely helpful. Don't accept room on the 2d floor next to storage. I asked for another room and they quickly accomodated my request.

A lovely place to stay with even better staff:)

Liked:Staff is very friendly and genuine. I enjoyed everyone's energy. The location was primo for getting to St. Stephen's as well as the Opera Ring area.

Disliked:It'd be great to have gluten-free bread options for breakfast.
