Overall had an excellent stay, will be back with friends!

Liked:Excellent location, everything is only a few steps away. Only 3mins walk to stephanplatz underground train, in 3 stops you’re already in Wien Hbf which I needed for my trip

Wonderful central location

Liked:Perfect central location to see all the sights. Room was comfortable and staff communicated well throughout my stay. You can get breakfast from a little breakfast bar and take it into your room which was fun. I had a 9.30pm departure out of Vienna and staff gave me access to be able to easily come collect my luggage late in the day. Room was also ready when I arrived before check-in and I was able to access which I really appreciated too

Disliked:Room 6 was right at the breakfast bar which was a bit loud when being set up - especially as there is a coffee machine. Had to pop in earplugs

Liked:We loved the lift and been in the centre of everything, but so quiet inside u would never know it.. if u like waking up to horses walking down outside your accommodation in the morning this is the place to be.

Disliked:Nothing really its self check in after a certain time of day.. so make sure u check mail for key codes.
