Although I had to cancel my booking due to fault my air conditioning. I think this is worth staying if that is fixed.

Liked:The location is perfect and the rooms looked comfortable and clean. Staff helped me get a refund on the hotel due to an issue.

Disliked:I didn’t actually stay here as the air conditioning had broken. I requested a refund, which took a bit of back and forth but resolved within a week. I appreciate it was unfortunate but the staff were telling people different stories. The queues to check in were very long as there was only one staff member.

Great Location

Liked:Location was great. Had laundry room which was convenient. Room was a good size. Bed comfortable. No view from room

Disliked:Need to fix air conditioner. We got there and it wasn't working. They finally fixed it in the evening , only because a lot of people complained. We spoke to someone who complained the day before but nothing was done. Even though they fixed it, it didn't really cool room down even though we had it on all the time we were there. I suggest to give milk to people. Buy the little ones that can go in fridge or stay out. Put black tea bags (English breakfast in rooms).

Great wee hotel, the room may not be what they say it will be though.

Liked:Great location, and I secured a good price for the week.

Disliked:I was meant to get a carpeted room, somewhere to sit to eat and work comfortably, and have a city river view. I got a broken fold-down bed, random bits of broken old furniture, a quirky but tedious piano table thing, and absolutely zero view.

Great value

Liked:Location is perfect to explore the city, all trams pass right in front of the hotel. Plenty of food and drink places within 10 Min walk and a supermarket to stock up on items.

Disliked:Could have been cleaner and with a change of towel, for a couple of days it is fine but more days require cleaning days. TV didn't have netflix or apps, a bit disappointed.
