Very disappointing stay, would definitely not recommend!

Liked:The only positive was the IPTV—it had a lot of channels. But with the tiny screen and unstable internet, it didn’t help much. The location was good. I was able to walk to Shops, Restaurants and the Bus Stop. Close to Hospittal.

Disliked:Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarettes. We also found other people’s hair in the wardrobe and even in the cutlery tray—completely unacceptable. While the bed sheets were technically clean, they were still stained, which didn't inspire much confidence. The TV was extremely small and the internet connection was poor, constantly cutting out. We had to disconnect our phones just to get it to work slightly better. The bathroom was in terrible condition: lights were constantly flickering with barely enough brightness, and the cabinet door and rail were broken and actually fell off. The small internal yard was also filthy and clearly neglected. To make matters worse, picking up the key was a hassle. It was in a lock box, but there were multiple lock boxes and no signage or sticker to indicate which one was ours—we had to guess. Very confusing and not a great first impression. We reported all of this to the host, and while he said he was sorry and would check and get back to us, we’re still waiting for that response... weeks later. Not even a follow-up, let alone compensation. Would definitely not recommend!

Liked:The flat is in an absolute good place! Everything is next to you ...all type of shops and malls plus if you are with kids there s a big garden and playground where to take them to play...it was clean and the host was really nice...A/c work really well and it is with coins plus there s everything you need in it!
