Disliked:Everything was very clean, but the receptionist with the copper-colored hair was very rude. My daughter was getting some breakfast when we arrived at 10:00, and the receptionist practically snatched the plate away, claiming my daughter was going to waste the food; she was incredibly high-handed and ill-mannered—and I’ve seen other comments about her. She displays very poor manners and racism; she won't even return a "good morning" greeting. I think management should pay closer attention to who they hire, since we are paying for good service, and an employee shouldn't treat a customer as if they were giving us the stay for free.

i didnt stay here this time due to the elevator not working

Disliked:elevator didn't work so i had to cancel my stay but i didn't receive a refund so that just soured the whole experience booking .com count get IN contact with the hotel because the number on file wasn't the same as the new one.
