Could Improve
Room was very dark and the tub was difficult to get into, affecting the perception of cleanliness.
Service personnel were fabulous and the staff were wonderful and helpful.
Excellent location, convenient to Keeneland Race Track and many local distilleries.
Room was charming but had low water pressure and only one lamp.
Some amenities were lacking, like better breakfast options and not enough comfort in beds.
Way too expensive for the quality and variety of offerings.
All meals were great, with excellent food and friendly service.
Overall a pleasant experience with some room for improvement.
