Wet floors, no AC, not working elevator, no daily cleaning service included

Disliked:There is no air condition. It has floor cooling system- so it takes forever to cool and we can’t control the cooling. Every time every day I need to txt (not call) to this place to increase the cooling system. So the bathroom/ wash room floor is all wet always. We need to put the towels to keep it dry! Towels are not changed every day. They only takes the garbage out everyday. No daily cleaning.daily cleaning is extra$$$$ To go to second/third/ fourth/ fifth floor- you need to take 2 mini elevators. We were on rm 404. On the first day we were stuck in the second elevator. There is no ventilation in the elevator. Luckily got out at the bottom floor and climbed all the way up!!! Definitely not coming back to this accommodation.

Liked:I loved the location. Super close to everything especially the water taxi area as we had someone with bad knees. Elevator worked great.

Disliked:The appartment NEEDS an ac unit ,at least in the bed rooms. Oh my god was it hot. The bed rooms were located in a path with almost no wind to go into the rooms if we had the windows open. Had to shower twice to cool down.
