Wood Ticks everywhere do NOT STAY here!

Disliked:The cleanliness of this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. We found wood ticks crawling on the walls, bed sheets, and pillows. We couldn’t sleep because we were so worried. We asked to change rooms, but were told there were no rooms available. After spending the whole day out, we returned late and couldn’t find another hotel, so we had no choice but to stay. My children were scared, and all of us had to squeeze into one bed to avoid the insects. The staff also refused to clean the room that evening, saying the earliest they could do it was the following morning. They expected us to stay overnight in a room full of ticks. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, the furniture was old and worn out, and the bathroom was not clean either. Breakfast was very disappointing, with only a few basic options such as croissants, toast, and boiled eggs. There were also ants on the floor around the breakfast buffet and in the reception area. This hotel felt more like a 1-star property than a 3-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Liked:.Upon arrival at the hotel, everything seemed fine, though we did notice the hairdryer wasn't working. Unfortunately, when we returned late that evening, we found there was no electricity at all—not just the hairdryer, but the lights, power outlets, and air conditioning were all out. At reception, a man told us he was only the night watchman and couldn't help; he explained that this was an regular ongoing issue for the hotel and that other rooms were also without power. We would like a response from the hotel management: what exactly did we pay £179 for—staying in a like tent? The room was full of dust and the breakfast was poor ,coffee machines not working properly and cold drinks machine leaking. We certainly wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel to anyone; it is definitely not a three-star hotel, but rather a weak two-star one.
