Liked:Staff they were so helpful so professional and Lovely to work with. The rooms would basically soundproof. Location location location ! Breakfast exceptional Outdoor dining in the courtyard was an unexpected pleasure. King sized bed. Even though the hotel calls the bed size a double or queen, it is the equivalent of a very comfortable king size bed by US standards. Air-conditioning. Super clean room's. Nice, new, modern decorating without losing the classic Venetian feel. Value for cost.

Disliked:Not enough space in the bathroom To place personal items, makeup, Toiletries. Or to hang up used towels or night cloths Lock of additional mirror space for women to apply makeup or For men to shave when someone else was using the bathroom. Lack of grab bars in the shower. The faucet in the sink Although lovely, difficult to use without getting water on the floor.

Fabulous stay. Would stay here again.

Liked:It was exceptionally clean. Location was fantastic close to Piazza San Marco and the closest vaporetta stop had easy links to other islands including the lido if you fancy a day on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked:When we checked out there had been a mini bar charge applied in error; however this was remedied without issue or challenge.
