A budget hotel - but clean and meets all your needs

Liked:We booked this hotel knowing it was more on the budget-side and we were bringing our dog. We were satisfied with the room - it had working air conditioning, was clean, and generally met our expectations. It's like a 5 min walk from the train station - which was SO convenient with our luggage and pet. We brought our dog and there were no extra fees and there was no hassle or weirdness about having him with us. This place has few extra amenities and I WOULD have given it a higher score had it not been for the wifi that kept cutting out.

Disliked:The wifi worked about half the time we were there. I had some work to do - so that was a bit frustrating for me because I had to hotspot many times because it would cut in and out. There is no kettle provided, so making coffee was not possible and their coffee machine on site did not work. It's odd that they didn't bother putting a "broken" sign on the machine - it was down the whole time we stayed.

Despite the previous, it was worth the money & couldn’t have asked for a better location !

Liked:Location was perfect! Four minute walk to the train station & close to the amenities and action. Front counter staff were excellent.

Disliked:Breakfast staff were not pleasant or helpful. There were minimal eggs/pancakes if any. Water temperature was all over the place.

Liked:Thank you very much for providing a lovely hotel for our business trip. Awesome location. Great value for money and extremely friendly staff. Thank you so much - I will for sure consider coming back to you next time in Venice.

Disliked:Too many beds on in my room. Travelling alone having four (!) beds i a small room is just too much. There is probably a good reason, but all in all not needed.
