A great first time stay in Venice!

Liked:The location was convenient to several major attractions. Latta-I hope thats her name at the front desk-was lovely!! She met us when we got off the water taxi and went over everything to do in the city. She was friendly all week long and helped us schedule the water taxi to get to the airport. She was so nice. We loved the little sweets in our room every day. A nice touch! The breakfast was delicious!! The rooftop was beautiful too!

Disliked:The mattress was dated. Had some shower water issues but it did get resolved. Breakfast servers were interesting-a little Italian grumpiness, but the food was delicious. It was a true hidden Italian gem.

Perfect!

Liked:Seriously one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!! The location is perfect, but the best thing is how Venetian it feels! Staff are lovely, gave me recommendations outside the typical touristy stuff, and the breakfast set up is so cute (bread & cheese to die for)! Drinks on the terrace was the cherry on top! [rooms are clean and beautiful, only downside is potentially the size. not an issue for me but if you’d like a big room, you won’t get that here. It’s very functional though, and has all the necessary amenities, complementary drink & chocolates etc]!

Everything according to expectations. Definitely great value for money.

Liked:Our room was as expected. We wanted feel of the old Venice. It was just that, but with updated bathroom and very clean. Breakfast had enough choices that left us satisfied every morning. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, with good knowledge of English. Would definitely recommend!
