Very disappointing experience and rude reception staff

Liked:The man at the reception wearing glasses was very rude and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, he spoke to me in a disrespectful way and tried to make it sound like it was my fault. That kind of attitude is unacceptable for anyone working in hospitality.
