Would not be back to that hotel. Was not worth the money

Liked:The staff was great and the location

Disliked:The size of the room is very small. Couldn't move around with the luggage in the room. The bed was pushed up against the wall, so you had to climb over the person you were with. The bed was like laying on a piece of wood. There was only half a bathroom door, and you could not adjust the shower head. The breakfast was subpar, not worth the extra charge. You could not adjust the A/C even with the thermostat in the room. There was a restaurant manager working the reception desk at one point. He told us that he owns a restaurant down the road that we must go there to eat and no where else. Made us very uncomfortable.

Enjoyable stay. Good hotel.

Liked:For a small hotel, it is very comfortable. The staff provided us with helpful information and helped us book dinner at a nearby restaurant. The breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Disliked:If they had a canal facing room that accommodated 4 people the stay would have been perfect.

Disliked:Our room was very small, and the breakfast room tiny, but.. we always got a seat, and sat on the terrace several times.

A wonderful stay with a magical view!

Liked:Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that overlooked the canal, which was a highlight of our trip and made us very happy. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and everything was very clean. The location is excellent, situated right in the center and close to all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
