Disliked:There was water dripping occasionally in our room but the staff were very helpful.

Great little hotel.

Liked:This property was in a perfect location. Straight out into the bustling streets of Venice’s San Polo. The room was comfortable and daily house keeping. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast there, but there are literally hundreds of places on your doorstep to choose from. Easy to get to from Tronchetto car park on the regular boat service to S Toma on line 2. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Disliked:The interior definitely has seen better days. The entrance stairs had a bit of a smell and everything was very dated. If you have mobility issues, this isn’t the place to stay as the stairs are narrow. That said, it was good value for money and a great location, so it’s a trade off and would happily use again.
