Liked:A nice room with a beautiful bathroom.

Disliked:We bumped into a lot of problems in this hotel. We went to the receptionist to point out that we had cold water while showering and the water wouldn’t warm up. Also the balcony door doesn’t open. The only thing she did was turn on the shower and there was nothing else she could do about it. The next morning we had to shower with cold water again. The balcony door couldn’t open because of ‘security’ she said.

Worst experience I have had in a hotel. Luckily it was only one night.

Liked:The location

Disliked:The room was full of mosquitoes and they kept coming from the bathroom, it was impossible to sleep. It was a lot of noise coming from outside also which didn’t help with the sleep neither! The rooms weren’t clean, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. There was no lift and we had to carry our heavy bags two floors up.

Venice Visit

Liked:The receptionist was extremely helpful. The room was reasonable in size, and the bathroom was modern.

Disliked:The corridors and stair carpets could do with refurbishment. From the outside of the building, it looks uncared for. However, the bedroom and bathroom were great.
