Liked:The staff were very attentive and friendly. Hotel was clean and well run. The room was beautifully decorated.

Disliked:We weren’t aware there was building going on within the hotel.

I would stay there again.

Liked:The room was comfortable, the staff was helpful and the location is great.

Disliked:The hotel is renovating part of its area and the construction was a bit noisy. Fortunately the workers were there only during the day and we were away most of that time enjoying the city.

Liked:The location was quiet and not crowded at all - hard to find in Venice! The rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff were very helpful with arranging a water taxi for us for our departure to the airport. Overall highly recommend!
