Our concierge was lovely, kind and warm. Name of Sardo, went out of his way to make us feel welcome

Liked:Our room was lovely and clean and had a small fridge which we really like when we travel plus a coffee maker. The size of the room was perfectly adequate. Wish we'd had a view though.

Lovely venue

Liked:Comfortable large rooms with amenities to make one at home robes/ slippers etc.was clean and well maintained. The room internally was very quiet, no slamming doors etx consodering 3 weddings at the property that weekend, amazing! We stayed for a wedding reception and the food/wine at dinner was very good. The location is a bit odd on the road at the front but the grounds and lake behind are stunning and a must see.

Disliked:Very slight road noise on the front of the property. We didn't have any milk in our room to make coffee when we arrived. When I called to ask for milk/ coffee pods etc they didnt arrive and I had to call again but took a while. Also they only use paper cups which was a bit odd but small complaint.
