It is a very nice confortable hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Liked:Location is good. I request a kettle has provided. Bathroom is very nice and lots of towels than I can use. The bed is nice but one side is soft than other side. Room is clean and nice.

Disliked:I request a mug for hot water because I don't like paper cup. But was told the paper cup is as good as a mug. It is first time in my travel experience my request was reject.

Lovely staff - close to everything

Liked:Handy location friendly helpful staff

Disliked:It could be a little more attention to detail when cleaning. The top floor makes a grinding sound like a generator running every few minutes

Disliked:The location. The room is not bad, but the bed is not that comfortable and staff should always refill the coffee and tea and water when cleaning the room.
