Liked:We enjoyed our stay overall, especially because of the hotel's excellent location. It was very close to Canada Place, where our daughter had an event, making it extremely convenient for our family. We also appreciated that the hotel has its own restaurant on-site. The staff kindly provided us with dining vouchers, which was a thoughtful gesture, although unfortunately our schedule was too busy for us to use them.

Disliked:One challenge during our stay was that the main elevator broke down. While we understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen and were beyond the hotel's control, it was inconvenient, especially when traveling with children. That said, the staff were accommodating and allowed us to use the service elevator, which we appreciated. We also found the room to be smaller than expected considering the price. Additionally, some areas of the hotel appeared to need more upkeep, as we noticed stains and signs of wear that affected the overall impression of the property.
