Disappointed

Disliked:When we arrived at night, they told that the elevator doesn’t work !!!!the apartment is in the 8 floor . So we use the escalator every time we get in or out the apartment. They assisted us with the luggage We do not understand why they didn’t advised us before our arrival , the problem with the elevator. It is a penthouse in the 8 floor!!!

This is a fantastic property. We loved everything about it.

Liked:This property was fantastic. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were ideal for two couples. The outside decks were very comfortable and offered a view of the water. The place was immaculate and Iman provided so many spices, condiments, coffee, tea etc. He even included a lovely wine which was much appreciated. All of the bedding, towels, etc. were top notch and we never wanted for anything. The communication was fantastic between Iman and myself. He responded promptly to any questions and was at the property to meet us which enabled a smooth check-in. The location was excellent. It was just up from the aquabus which was fantastic for touring. It was also a very short walk to English Bay and False Creek. It was within walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. I can’t say enough about this property and we will definitely be back. Thank you very much, Iman.

Liked:Our host, Iman, is exceptional. A good man. He is attentive, extremely helpful, always polite with a smile, responsive, customer focus, very considerate, and will go far and beyond to help make our stay as comfortable and delightful as possible. Our unit is on the 8/F penthouse. It is charming, and the patio is very nice and delightful. However, because of an unforeseeable problem with the only elevator in the building, we are forced to cut short of our stay there.

Disliked:The elevator was out of service the day we arrived, and there is no guarantee that it will be back to service in the next few days, as the weekend is approaching. With my wife’s bad knees, it is not possible for us to climb 8 flights of stairs every time we go out. It is unfortunate that we need to move to an alternative location.
