Good option for downtown Vancouver accommodation that won't break the bank

Liked:-Good location in downtown Vancouver -Clean and relatively quiet -Spacious room with sink and full length mirror This was the least expensive private room I found within walking distance of the Vancouver Convention Center. Everything else I looked at was at least $100 more (although they generally didn't have shared bathrooms). I had a private room with a shared bathroom and I was concerned I would have to wait a long time for the shower but I only ever had to wait about 3min. However that could have just been due to luck or the time I took my showers at.

Disliked:-only one shower and two toilets on my floor -one of the toilets was in the same room as the shower -the room was a little on the dark side, even with all the lights on (but I didn't have the blinds open).
