Liked:There was no breakfast.

Disliked:The place was dirty. The floor was not clean and the blinds were full of dust. The electric outlets in both bathrooms did not work. The coffee machine does not work. The heater/air conditioner was leaking every morning and the water seeped into the unit below. I strongly suggest you fix the leaks as it is a liability exposure.

Liked:The apartment was fantastic, the service fantastic, the location great if you were attending anything at Roger's Arena, but sadly Gastown was disappointing in that it was very sad to see so many homeless people on drugs.

Liked:First of all, communication was great and we were able to check in early. The location was great for us. 20 minute walk to Gastown & Costco 3 minutes away. Easy to Uber wherever we need it to. Great views. There was a few coffee pods to get us started. The mattresses were comfortable and it was nice to have a place that we could play cards at night with the dining table. Also, there was a glitch with the air conditioner but communication was great with the owner. And the noise level was awesome. You could not really tell that you were in the city. Forgot to mention they have a pool and gym for you to use. We used the gym. It was clean and not too busy.

Disliked:Only a couple things we didn't like. I wish we had some washcloths and that the towels were a little nicer. They were pretty thin. And three people of four didn't like the pillows. They were very big and lumpy. If you have a large car the parking spot might be too small. It is more of a compact car we had at Audi A6 that fit.

Appealing Apartment

Liked:Great apartment with all the modern cons. Xin was very accommodating with our needs for a slightly early check-in and surprised us with a thoughtful welcome pack. Close enough to the city centre to walk (Skyway train station is very close if needed) and very close to nearby Gastown with loads of shops and restaurants. Perfect apartment for 4 people.

Disliked:Maybe stick to the main roads if out after dark as the nearby neighbourhood unfortunately has many homeless people. (they don't approach you but a little distressing to see none the less)
