Nice but very pricey!

Disliked:Initially, the staff couldn’t find my reservation despite having both my first and last name. That was a bit nerve-wracking. They found me ….. eventually, but it was kind of a troubling beginning to my stay. The hotel was very nice but I must say it was terribly expensive. It was nice but not nice enough to merit that high nightly rate.
