Pretty bad

Disliked:Front desk woman working Friday and Saturday and Sunday. Was extremely lazy. Would do the absolute minimum and had zero effort in supporting or accommodating guests. Did not follow up or follow through with statements she made. Felt like she was making up answers because she simply forgot what she said she was going to do earlier.

Stay Away at all costs!

Liked:We stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel in Vancouver for four nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, and maid service never showed up during our stay. The breakfast was a complete afterthought and felt like it had been thrown together in a storage room rather than offered as a proper hotel breakfast. The condition of the hotel was also disappointing, including room numbers taped onto the doors. The biggest issue was that the elevator was not working. We were placed on an upper floor, and when we asked to be moved to the ground floor or refunded so we could stay somewhere else, the hotel refused. This created a serious accessibility problem, especially for guests who cannot easily use stairs. After four nights of poor service, poor conditions, no housekeeping, and no reasonable help from the hotel, we will NEVER return. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
