Liked:The booking was a pain even using a travel agent. The price was ridiculous & when it dropped more than $200 a couple of months later they would not give us a break. The restaurant was mediocre at best and overpriced.

World cup

Liked:I didn't know the world cup was held in Canada when I stayed this hotel. So the price were higher than ordinary term. If the timing was not such a busy time, the value would be more reasonable.

One night of care

Liked:We only stayed for one night at the Century Plaza Hotel. Although it was only one night we enjoyed the exceptional view, a room service meal from C Prime restaurant which was prepared and delivered within 30 minutes. The meal was exceptionally delicious, prepared well, delivered right off the grill and the best room service we’ve experienced in a hotel. The service in the hotel was exceptional. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. We also experienced the free buffet breakfast. It exceeded our expectations completely. The buffet was large, lots of selection, beautifully displayed and delicious! We felt cared for, well taken care of and wished we had been able to stay longer. Thank you!

Experience a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels just like home

Liked:The staff were very friendly and the restaurant Cprime was really good. There was a large, nice breakfast buffet. Our room was nice and clean.

Disliked:It's an old hotel and you can see it. The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a large ship's engine when we turned it on. The windows are only single-layered and it doesn't block out the street noise, even if you live on the 17th floor.

Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed. Guests traveling with pets will be allocated rooms only on the designated pet friendly floor. Studio Suites with full kitchen have limited inventory and are available on request only - not guaranteed. • There is a charge of $40 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 mid sized dogs. • Pet-friendly rooms are located on the 8th floor. • Any pet found on a non-designated floor will incur a $250 penalty for deep cleaning. • We only accept dogs. • A pet registration card must be filled out upon check-in. • Dogs should not be left alone in the room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
