Disliked:There was hair from a previous stay in the shower, we asked and paid for an extra cot - didn’t get it when we got there and they didn’t answer our call to get one the first night, and the day after we asked for it again and scheduled it to be delivered to our room at 4:30 and it didn’t come so we had to go to the front desk and get it. So we asked 4 times for this cot.
